Abstract Guidelines for the submission process
Below you will find all the guidelines for the submission process. Please rememeber that you will have to upload a Microsoft Word document (doc/docx) that do not exceed the size of 4Mb.
The guidelines are different for each typology of presentation. The Scientific Commetee will be free to change your abstract type. Scientific Reports
- The abstract should not exceed 250 words.
- The abstract should have these sections: introduction, methods, results and key conclusions.
- Title, authors and their affiliations shouldn't be printed into the file but entrede into the form fields.
- The title of the abstract should be printed in initial capital letters followed by lower case.
- Abbreviations should be defined by being placed in parentheses immediately after the full word or phrase has been typed for the first time.
- 1-2 figures can be included
Educational Exhibit
- The abstract should not exceed 250 words.
- The structure of the abstracts should include a background, three learning objectives and key conclusions.
- Title, authors and their affiliations shouldn't be printed into the file but entrede into the form fields.
- The title of the abstract should be printed in initial capital letters followed by lower case.
- Abbreviations should be defined by being placed in parentheses immediately after the full word or phrase has been typed for the first time.
- 1-2 figures can be included
Case Report
- The abstract should not exceed 250 words.
- The structure of the abstracts should include a case presentation, discussion and conclusion.
- Title, authors and their affiliations shouldn't be printed into the file but entrede into the form fields.
- The title of the abstract should be printed in initial capital letters followed by lower case.
- Abbreviations should be defined by being placed in parentheses immediately after the full word or phrase has been typed for the first time.
- 1-4 figures can be included
The deadline for submission of communications will be 02nd September, 2022
The acceptance of scientific contribution will be notified within 02nd September, 2022
